A RESOLUTION accepting title and deed to real property
located at 319 North 3" Avenue, legally described as NP Plat, Lot 8,
Block 25, within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the owner of said real property wishes to quit claim property
to the City of Pasco and has provided title free of encumbrances and liens and
a quit claim deed therefore at no cost to the City; and
WHEREAS, said real property is subject to a current City order requiring
the removal or rehabilitation of the residential dwellings located thereon due to
their deteriorated and non-conforming condition; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to facilitate the rehabilitation
and/or removal of deteriorated and non-conforming structures within the City;
and
WHEREAS, the City, upon removal of the deteriorated structures,
intends to sell the property to the highest bidder for construction of a new
residential dwelling thereon; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Pasco does hereby accept title and deed to the
real property located at 319 North 3`d Avenue, legally described as N.P. Plat, Lot
8, Block 25.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 22"d day of January,
2002.
