A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION
SOUTH 12m AVENUE AND A PORTION OF WEST WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where
it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-
way, and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be
r fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacation of East/West 10 feet of South
12t' Ave. between Ainsworth and Washington together with the north 10 feet of
Washington St. between S. 11'' and S. 12th, will be held before the City Council
of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd
Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 17"' day of
December, 2001. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said
public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 19t`' day of
November, 2001.
