RESOLUTION NO. 2625
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and date for a public
hearing to consider the vacation of a portion of "C" Street and
South 4t' Lane together with the East/West Alley in Block 5,
Gantenbein's Addition.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where
it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be
fined by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacation of West C Street between 4t''
Ave. and 4' Lane and the east 10 feet of South 4th Lane adjacent Lots 25 to 32,
Block 12, Gantenbein's Addition together with the east/west alley in Block 5,
Gantenbein's Addition, will be held before the Pasco City Council in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour
of 7:00 p.m., on the 3' day of December, 2001. That the City Clerk of the City
of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 5th day of
November, 2001.
