RESOLUTION NO. 2600
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERFUND LOANS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE AMBULANCE SERVICE FUND IN THE SUM OF
$72,200, TO THE TRAC DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATING FUND IN THE
SUM OF $150,100, AND TO THE STADIUM/CONVENTION CENTER
FUND IN THE SUM OF $137,500.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has, pursuant to RCW
35.33.121, found that it is in the best interest of the City to lend funds from the
General Fund to the Ambulance Service Fund, to the TRAC Development and
Operating Fund and to the Stadium/Convention Fund and to provide for the
repayment thereof, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1) Authorization for loan. The Finance Manager of the City of Pasco is
hereby authorized and directed to make the following loans from the City of Pasco
General Fund:
A) To the Ambulance Service Fund in the sum of$72,200 dollars;
B) To the TRAC Development and Operating Fund in the sum of
$150,100 dollars;
C) To the Stadium/Convention Center Fund in the sum of$137,500
dollars;
2) Terms and Memorialization. The effective dates of the loans shall be
December 31, 2000 and shall be due and payable 36 months thereafter. Such loans
shall bear no interest and may be extended for such additional 1 year terms as may be
deemed necessary for the repayment of such loans. This resolution shall constitute
memorialization of this loan and its terms.
3) Previous TRAC Development and Operating Fund Loans. The
previous loans to the TRAC Fund totaling $616,600 are hereby extended for an
additional year through 2001.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington, this 16ffi day of
July, 2001. SIGNED in authentication of its passage this 16'h day of July, 2001.
