A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco, Washington, fixing a time
and place for hearing on the final assessment roll for Utility Local
Improvement District No. 140, and directing that notice thereof be given
in the manner required by law.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Utility Local Improvement District
No. 140, which was created and established by Ordinance No. 3434 passed by the City
Council on October 2, 2000, has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with
the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for a hearing thereon before the City
Council; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
That the public hearing on the final assessment roll for Utility Local
Improvement District No. 140 will be held before the City Council at 7:00 p.m., local
time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 525 North 3"' Avenue, Pasco, Washington
on July 2, 2001. The City Clerk is instructed to cause notice to be given both by
mailing and publication as required by law.
The foregoing resolution was ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Pasco, Washington, at a regular open public meeting thereof on the 4' day of June,
2001.

CERTIFICATION
I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Pasco, Washington (the
"City"), hereby certify as follows:
1. The attached copy of Resolution No. 2595 (the "Resolution") is a
full, true and correct copy of an Resolution duly adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City held at the regular meeting place thereof on
June 4, 2001, as that Resolution appears on the minute book of the City; and
the Resolution will be in full force and effect immediately following its
adoption; and
2. A quorum of the members of the City Council was present
throughout the meeting and a majority of those members present voted in the
proper manner for the adoption of the Resolution.
