A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco, Washington, fixing a time
and place for hearing on the final assessment roll for Utility Local
Improvement District No. 137, and directing that notice thereof be given
in the manner required by law.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Utility Local Improvement District
No. 137, which was created and established by Ordinance No. 3376 passed by the City
Council on September 7, 1999, has been prepared as provided by law and is on file
with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for a hearing thereon before the
City Council; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, that the public hearing on the final assessment roll for Utility Local
Improvement District No. 137 will be held before the City Council at 7:00 p.m., local
time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 525 North 3' Avenue, Pasco, Washington
on May 21, 2001. The City Clerk is instructed to cause notice to be given both by
mailing and publication as required by law.
The foregoing resolution was ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Pasco, Washington, at a regular open public meeting thereof on the 16`" day of April,
2001.
