A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN SURPLUS CITY PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 412 WEST CLARK STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco holds title to real property located at 412 West
Clark Street, Pasco, Washington; and
WHEREAS, said real property is surplus to the needs of the City of Pasco and it
is in the public interest that the property be sold to raise revenues for other city
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the sale of the property can best fulfill the city's objectives if
accomplished through a negotiated sale to include appropriate terms and conditions;
and
WHEREAS, Franklin County, Washington has submitted a written offer to
purchase the property, such terms and conditions of the offer being appropriate to
fulfill the city's objectives; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sale of the property located at 412 West Clark Street, City of Pasco,
Washington to Franklin County, Washington is approved subject to the terms and
conditions of the attached offer.
2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
effect the sale of the property in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
attached offer.
