A RESOLUTION RECINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2304
WHICH AUTHORIZES THE SALE OF SURPLUS ITEMS TO THE
BEN FRANKLIN TRANSIT AT 10% OF APPRAISED VALUE.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2304 was approved by the City of Pasco Council
in response to a similar policy of Ben Franklin Transit which authorized the sale of
surplus property of the Transit District to the City at 10% of appraised value, and
WHEREAS, Ben Franklin Transit has found it necessary to amend it's
policy, no longer authorizing the sale of surplus items at 10% of value to the City;
NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Resolution No. 2304, a resolution authorizing the sale of surplus items
to the Ben Franklin Transit at 10% of appraised value, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at a regular meeting this
22' day of February, 2000.
