A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF PERSONAL
PROPERTY SURPLUS TO CITY NEEDS.
WHEREAS, there are certain items of personal property surplus to City
needs; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The items of personal property listed below are declared surplus
property and city staff is directed to advertise for sale by competitive
bid, sealed bid, or public auction at, or above, the minimum sale price
set forth below:
26 Harness Assemblies $250 each
58 Air Bottles $100 each
57 Masks $ 50 each
9 Voice Enhancing Systems $ 75 each
26 PASS Devices $ 25 each
2. In the event the minimum bid price is not received on an item, or
group of items, staff is authorized to negotiate a sale at a price that,is
in the best interest of the City.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at a regular meeting this 22"d day
of February, 2000.
