HomeMy WebLinkAbout2504 Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 2504 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF PORTIONS OF BROADMOOR BOULEVARD LYING SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 182. WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain street rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; and WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of- way; and WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of Broadmor Boulevard lying east of a line which is parallel to and 50 feet east of the centerline of Broadmoor Bloulevard and lying west of a line which is parallel to and 50 feet west of the centerline of Broadmoor Bloulevard; will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 6th day of March, 2000. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
