RESOLUTION NO. 2502
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF PORTIONS OF SOUTH
13TH AVENUE AND THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 10, RIVERSIDE ADDITION.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where
it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be
fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacation of the east and west 10 feet of
South 13th Avenue e between the south right-of-way line of West "A" Street and
the north right-of-way line of Ainsworth Avenue and the north/south alleys in
Blocks 6 and 10, Riverside Addition, will be held before the City Council of the
City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue,
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 6th day of March, 2000.
That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as
required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 7th day of February,
2000.
