A RESOLUTION accepting work by Sierra Electric, Inc., under contract for Project
No. 97-4-01, Road 68 at Burden Blvd. Traffic Signal.
WHEREAS, the work performed by Sierra Electric, Inc., under contract for
Project No. 97-4-01 has been examined by the Engineering Department and all work
required by the contract has been performed in apparent compliance with the
applicable project specifications and drawings, and
WHEREAS, it is Engineering's recommendation that the City of Pasco formally
accept the contractor's work and the project as complete, Now, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs with Engineering's recommendation and thereby
accepts the work performed by Sierra Electric, Inc., under contract for Project No. 97-
4-01 as being completed in apparent conformance with the project specifications and
drawings, and
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the
Washington State Department of Revenue of this acceptance, and
Be it further resolved that the final payment of retainage being withheld
pursuant to applicable laws, regulations and administrative determination shall be
released upon satisfaction of same and verification thereof by Engineering and
Director of Finance.
