RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and date for a public hearing to
consider the vacation of a portion of George Street and
Sycamore Avenue, located in the A.M. Wehe's 1st
Addition.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases
where it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may
vacate rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to
be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of George Street
lying between the east right-of-way line of Elm Avenue and a line
lying parallel with and 10-feet east of the west right-of-way line of
Sycamore Avenue and the west 10-feet of Sycamore Avenue
adjacent to Block 14, A.M. Wehe's 1st Addition and the east 10-feet
of Sycamore Avenue adjacent to Blocks 16 and 17, A.M. Wehe's 1st
Addition; will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue,
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 15th day of
March, 1999. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of
said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 16th day of
Febru 1999.
