ORDINANCE NO. 3640
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A STREET THAT WAS
HERETOFORE PLATTED AS 32ND PLACE.
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco desires to make the Pasco Autoplex a
unique and incomparable car dealer location; and,
WHEREAS, the identification of streets plays an important function in
maintaining the safety and welfare of the public; and,
WHEREAS, street names are the principal means for the public to
reference and locate properties in the city;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the street in the Plat of Auto Park platted as and
commonly called 32nd Place and the right-of-way commonly referred to as Road
32, extending south of West Court Street approximately 300 feet, are hereby
renamed and shall henceforth be referred and known as Autoplex Way.
Section 2. That any realignment, reconstruction, or future connection of
32nd Place and Road 32 identified in Section 1 shall be named and known as
Autoplex Way.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 2004.
