HomeMy WebLinkAbout3543 Ordinance - Amending PMC Creating Chapter 3.07 ORDINANCE NO. 3543 AN ORDINANCE CREATING CHAPTER 3.07 -- FEE SUMMARY INCORPORATING THE VARIOUS FEES AND CHARGES AUTHORIZED THROUGHOUT THE PASCO MUNICIPAL CODE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington, has determined certain additions and amendments to codification of fees for services are warranted; WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that fees charged by the City shall be found in one chapter to facilitate review and to better assist the public; NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
