HomeMy WebLinkAbout3415 Ordinance ORDINANCE NO. 3415 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO FROM C-1 (RETAIL BUSINESS) TO RT (RESIDENTIAL TRANSITION) AND RT (RESIDENTIAL TRANSITION) TO C-1 (RETAIL BUSINESS). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington to-wit: That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 9 North, Range 29 East W.M. being further described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 8; thence South 00°57'22" west along the west line of said Section 8, a distance of 1,475 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 89°48'51" east, a distance of 1,175 feet to the beginning f a tangent curve to the right having and radius of 275 feet; thence 260.15 feet along he arc of said curve, through a central angle of 54'12'05"; thence South 35°36'46" east, a distance of 15.53 feet; thence North 89°02'38" west, a distance of 1,408.70 feet to the west line of said Section 8; thence North 00°57'22' east along the west line of said Section 8, a distance of 107.81 feet to the True Point of Beginning, together with easement and dedications of record. as depicted in the map attached and identified as Exhibit "1", be and the same is hereby changed from C-1 (Retail Business) to RT (Residential Transition). Section 2. That the zone classification of the following described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington to-wit: That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 9 North, Range 29 East W.M. being further described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 8; thence South 00°57'22" west along the west line of said Section 8, a distance of 1,475 feet; thence South 89°48'51" east, a distance of 1,175 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right having and radius of 275 feet; thence 260.15 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 54'12'05"; thence South 35 136'46" east, a distance of 15.53 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence South 89°02'38" east, a distance of 1,235.81 feet; thence South 00011'09" west, a distance of 415.46 feet; thence North 89 048'27" west, a distance of 320.00 feet; thence North 00'11'08" east, a distance of 8.40 feet; thence North 89'11'35" west, a distance of 463.55 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 300 feet; thence 280.54 feet along the are of said curve, through a central angle of 53 134'48"; thence North 35 136'46" west, a distance of 362.61 feet to the True Point of Beginning, together with easement and dedications of record. as depicted in the map attached and identified as Exhibit "1", be and the same is hereby changed from RT (Residential Transition) to C-1 (Retail Business). Section 3. That any and all zoning maps be and are hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid zone change. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage and publication as required by law. PASSED by the ty Council of the City of Pasco, this 3rd of April, 2000. Michael L.
