ORDINANCE NO. 3388
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AD VALOREM TAX
LEVY IN THE CITY OF PASCO IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE
LAW.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
§1. A tax for the following sums of money which includes new
construction to defray the expense and liabilities of the City of Pasco, be and
the same is hereby levied for the purposes specified against all taxable
property in the City for the fiscal year 2000:
General Expense, including Councilmanic Bond Debt Service $2,922,460
plus any increase in state assessed public utilities.
1993 Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bond 413,760
1999 Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bond 106.140
$3,442,360
§2. This Ordinance shall take effect five (S) days after passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Pasco, on this 29th day of
November, 1999.
