State - certified flag€ers will be positioned at locations identifiea in the Traffic Study during peak bonny between 10.30 AM and 2:30 PM or longer until traffic has sufficiently aissipated. 5. Grade and apply crushed €ravel (4" layer of 1 % ` and 2" layer oF5/5 minus) le the internal street system and overflow parking areas described above. 10. Establish an eracrKc cy service site at the location shown on Exhibit "A" of [he Traffic Study. 11 . The Pasco Flea Market shall indemnify and hold harmless the City from all actions �sseciatcd with traftc enrol rneasures nuclertakcrt by the Flea Market i orlon c with this Agre nt The Flea Markct shall ruaintairt liability insurance crat least $ 1 ,000,000 and shall name the City as additional insured. It shall be the responsibility ofthe Pasco Flea Market to provide evidence that such policy remains continuously in force. 12. Establish, implement and carry out the above improvements and actions in good faith, consistent with the recommendations el- the Traffic Study. The longer term steps to be taken include: 1 .
