Each dog owner was given an opportunity to license their dogs voluntarily and without penalty, prior to February 28. Those that failed to respond have been issued formal correction notices. If they fail to respond to these notices, civil violation notices will be issued and the cases will be scheduled for hearings before the Pasco Code Enforcement Board in June.
