• Reminder that our Grand Re-Opening Event for Memorial Pool is being held June 19th

introducing the new facility to the public and education on water safety.
• Passed around samples of the summer flyer that went to the Pasco School District.
Nolan:
• The Karate program is contracted with Tri-City Black Belt Academy of Pasco. Program
started this spring and registration averaged about 20 youth per session for the months of
April & May. During this time the program was held at Pasco City Hall gym, but has
been moved to Tri-City Black Belt Academy because the entire floor is padded with
mats. A session will be offered in June and July this summer. Currently there are 10
participants signed up for the June session.
• Novice Soccer currently has 56 kids signed up for the program, which teaches the basics
of soccer to youth ages 4-8. Soccer players from the two local high schools were hired to
provide instruction.
• Youth Bowling is a new activity that was started last summer at Go-Bowl in Pasco. This
activity proved to be popular among youth as both sessions were full last summer. The
program will again be offered this summer at Go-Bowl.
• The Pee Wee Tennis 5-9 year age group is currently full. A waiting list has been started
