(2)Corrective Action: Discontinue all construction activities and submit an application for a building permit from the City of Pasco(please call(509) 543-5726 for information on permit requirements). If no permit can be obtained,unpermitted construction must be removed. Description:DRIVING/STORING/PARKING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON UNAPPROVED SURFACE. PMC 25.78.030(4) (1)Violation: Vehicles are being parked on an unapproved surface(such as dirt or grass)and/or more than four(4)vehicles at a time are being parked in the front driveway. (2)Corrective Action: Park ALL vehicles on an approved surface such as asphalt,gravel or concrete and/or discontinue parking more than 4 vehicles at a time in the front driveway. Description:FAILURE TO TREAT PROPERTY FOR DUST CONTROL. PMC 9.56.030, 9.5 6.040 (1)Violation: Allowing blowing(fugitive)dust to leave the property. (2)Corrective Action: Treat all exposed and/or disturbed soils with an approved dust control treatment(i.e.hydro seed,mulch,landscaping,sprinkler, etc.)to prevent blowing dust from leaving the property. Description: COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PARTS AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. PMC 9.60.030(12) (1)Violation: All places used or maintained as junkyards,or dumping grounds,or for the wrecking or disassembling of automobiles,trucks, tractors,or machinery of any kind,or for the storing or leaving of worn-out,wrecked or abandoned automobiles,trucks, tractors,or machinery of any kind,or of any of the parts thereof,or for the storing or leaving of any machinery or CEB Agenda Pagel of 8 equipment used by contractors or builders or by other persons. PMC 9.60.030(16) (1)Violation: Weeds,noxious weeds,grass,and other vegetation which constitutes a fire hazard,encroaches on sidewalks or neighboring properties,is damaging public improvements,impairs the vision of traffic signs or signals,and/or has reached a height of twelve inches(12"). (2)Corrective Action: Eradicate weeds by chemicals,cutting or other acceptable means so that they do not exceed twelve inches(12"),encroach on neighboring properties,constitute a fire hazard,etc. Weeds that are cut or removed by the root must be removed from the property and lawfully disposed of. (2)Corrective Action: A)Purchase a City of Pasco special event license for the Promocciones Noe May 22,2011,dance at TRAC,and pay any necessary late fees; B)Provide a copy of the total number of persons attending and tickets sold for the May 22,3 2011 event and written verification that City of Pasco admission tax was paid therefor,the Pasco City Clerk at the time of application; C) Discontinue ALL business activities in Pasco until such time as a business license has been issued. PMC 9.61.020(C) (1) CEB Agenda Page 7 of 8 (1)Violation: Allowing sounds made by the use of a musical instrument,whistle,sound amplifier,juke box,radio,television,or other similar device to emanate from your building,structure,or property between the hours of 10:00 p.m.and 7:00 a.m. (2)Corrective Action: For all future events in Pasco(including those to be staged at the TRAC facilities)with which Promocciones Noe is affiliated and at which amplified sound will be used,a professional sound level monitor will be required to ensure the event sound level does not exceed 55 Dba prior to 10:00 p.m.and 45Dba after 10:00 p.m.at the nearest residential property boundary. The sound level monitor must be pre-approved by the City of Pasco inspection services manager and licensed to work in Pasco.
