CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - Discontinue the unpremitted property use in the C-1 zone as follows: Obtain required garbage service and maintain at all times. No repair work may be performed outside. Barrels of oil must be removed to an approved dumpsite. All new automobile parts for sale must be stored within the building except outdoor display racks. All dismantled automobiles and parts must be stored within the building. No auto body work or auto painting allowed. Remove all trash, litter and miscellaneous debris located in the rear of this property to an approved dumpsite and discontinue the storage of any trash, litter and miscellaneous debris on this property. Discontinue the outside storage of vehicle parts and dispose of all in an approved facility for the disposal of parts and tires and show receipts for the removeal and dumping of the excessive amount of tires located in the rear of this property in public view. Remove all junk, unregistered vehicles in the rear of this property to an approved auto disposal facility. Remove all weeds on this property and maintain the property free of weeds at all times. Discontinue parking vehicles on an unapproved surface; an approved surface is gravel, asphalt or cement. (REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM THE REAR OF THIS PROPERTY AND MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY FREE OF ALL MISCELLANEOUS DEBRIS, VEHICLES, VEHICLE PARTS AND VEHICLE FLUIDS AT ALL TIMES). CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - Obtain a business license from the City of Pasco for the business located and operating out of this location. Obtain and maintain required garbage service for the business located at this location. Discontinue parking and driving all vehicles on an unapproved surface; an approved surface is gravel, asphalt or cement. Discontinue all salvage and storage of junk vehicles on this property and remove all vehicles from this property until such time as the property is approved for a business at this location. MOTION: "I move that the Board approve Resolution No. 2010-02, as amended, finding that code violations have been corrected and may be dismissed, deferring action on certain cases until proper notification is made, accepting voluntary correction agreements, and assessing penalties and imposing time frames on certain cases."
