VIOLATION: Parking on the grass in the rear of this property.
No rental license on file with the City of Pasco. Failure to maintain
required garbage service. Junk vehicle located in rear yard. Trash,
litter and misc. debris. Miscellaneous debris.

CORRECTIONS REQUIRED: Park ALL vehicles on an
approved surface such as asphalt, gravel or concrete and/or
discontinue parking more than 4 vehicles at a time in the front
driveway. Obtain a City of Pasco rental license from the City
Clerk's office. Start or restart garbage service. Discontinue
wrecking or disassembling automobiles, trucks, etc. Remove and
lawfully dispose of all wrecked or abandoned vehicles, machinery,
etc. along with any parts thereof. Discontinue the storage of heavy
machinery or equipment (i.e. front end loaders, dump trucks,
backhoes, etc.) at this property. Remove and lawfully dispose of all
litter, garbage, junk or vegetative waste on the property. Remove
all vehicle parts, scrap metal, machinery, disassembled vehicles,
etc. from the property or store these items in an enclosed container
or building. Remove and lawfully dispose of all junk items (e.g.
any items or which have served their intended original purpose)
and unusable vehicle parts.

CORRECTIONS REQUIRED: House/building address number
must be placed in some conspicuous area on the front of the
structure. Numbers must be at least four inches in height on
businesses and not less than two and one half inches in height on
residences. Store all inoperable vehicles within an enclosed
building (such as a garage or shed). One vehicle may be stored
outside an enclosed building in compliance with the provisions
above. All other vehicles must be removed from the property or
made operable. Store all vehicle parts in an enclosed building,
within the vehicle or remove the parts from the property. Park ALL
vehicles on an approved surface such as asphalt, gravel or concrete
and/or discontinue parking more than 4 vehicles at a time in the
front driveway. Start or restart garbage service. Discontinue
wrecking or disassembling automobiles, trucks, etc. Remove and
lawfully dispose of all wrecked or abandoned vehicles, machinery,
etc. along with any parts thereof. Discontinue the storage of heavy
machinery or equipment (i.e. front end loaders, dump trucks,
backhoes, etc.) at this property. Remove or paint over all graffiti
until it is no longer visible. Maintain property free from graffiti.

VIOLATION: Failure to follow health department regulations for
disposal of gray water. Failure to obtain bathroom facilities at all
hours of the day and night for customers use. Miscellaneous debris
being stored behind stationary vendor truck. A second unpermitted,
inoperable truck located on this lot with the stationary vendor
truck.

CORRECTIONS REQUIRED: Properly dispose of gray water
and show receipts for the removal of such (remove all irrigation
pipe going from the truck to the vacant lot in the east. Make sure
that bathroom facility is open to the public during hours of
operation for the taco truck. Remove all stored miscellaneous
debris located around this stationary vendor vehicle. Remove all
but one truck from this location.

VIOLATION: Barking dogs on this property.

CORRECTIONS REQUIRED: Prohibit dog/cat/bird/etc. from
barking or making other habitual noises in excess office (5)
minutes (i.e. move animal inside the house or other structure,
muzzle animal to prevent barking, etc.). If noise cannot be
contained, the dog/cat/bird/etc. must be removed from the
property.

VIOLATION: Side yard is not landscaped or treated for dust
control. Motorcycle parked on the side yard. Weeds throughout
side yard. Junk and debris (i.e. windows, vehicle seat, etc.) piled in
side yard.

CORRECTIONS REQUIRED: Install live ground cover, such
as grass; on all portions of the property that have not been
landscaped or treat those portions with a cover that prevents
blowing dust (i.e. pea gravel, bark, decorative rock, etc.). Park
ALL vehicles on an approved surface such as asphalt gravel or
concrete and/or discontinue parking more than 4 vehicles at a time
in the front driveway. Eradicate weeds by chemicals, cutting or
other acceptable means so that they do not exceed twelve inches
(12"), encroach on neighboring properties, constitute a fire hazard,
etc. Weeds that are cut or removed by the root must be removed
from the property and lawfully disposed o£ Remove and lawfully
dispose of all litter, garbage, junk or vegetative waste on the
property.

e. MOTION: "I move that the Board approve Resolution No. 2010-06, as
amended, finding that code violations have been corrected and may be
dismissed, deferring action on certain cases until proper notification is
made, accepting voluntary correction agreements, and assessing penalties
and imposing time frames on certain cases."
