(1)Violation:
More than three dogs and/or three cats being kept on this property.
(2)Corrective Action:
All excess dogs and cats(7 months old and older)must be removed from the property.
Description: UNLICENSED DOGS LOCATED ON THIS PROPERTY. PMC 8.02.190
(1)Violation:
All dogs over seven(7)months of age must be licensed with the City of Pasco.
(2)Corrective Action:
License all dogs over the age of seven(7)months with the City of Pasco(please call(509)545-3488 for more
information).
Description:JUNK VEHICLE STORAGE AND VEHICLE PARTS PMC 9.60.030 (12)
(1)Violation:
All places used or maintained as junkyards,or dumping grounds,or for the wrecking or disassembling of
automobiles,trucks,tractors,or machinery of any kind,or for the storing or leaving of worn-out,wrecked or
abandoned automobiles,trucks,tractors,or machinery of any kind,or of any of the parts thereof,or for the
storing or leaving of any machinery or equipment used by contractors or builders or by other persons.
(2)Corrective Action:
Discontinue wrecking or disassembling automobiles,trucks,etc. Remove and lawfully dispose of all wrecked or
abandoned vehicles,machinery,etc.along with any parts thereof. Discontinue the storage of heavy machinery
or equipment(i.e.front end loaders,dump trucks,backhoes,etc.)at this property.
Description:REPEAT--VEHICLE PARTS&DISASSEMBLED VEHICLES LOCATED ON THIS
PROPERTY PMC 9.60.030(9)
(1)Violation:
Scrap metal,ashes,bric-a-brac,broken stone or cement,broken crockery,broken glass,broken plaster,
automobile bodies and/or parts,and all such trash or abandoned material that are not kept in approved containers.

(2)Corrective Action:
Remove all vehicle parts,scrap metal,machinery,disassembled vehicles,etc. from the property or store these
items in an enclosed container or building. Remove and lawfully dispose of all junk items(e.g. any items or
which have served their intended original purpose)and unusable vehicle parts.

(1)Violation:
Any parcel within the City which is filthy,littered or trash-covered due to placing,dropping,disposing,throwing
away,or otherwise discarding litter,garbage,refuse,cans,bottles,paper or paper material,metal,organic or
inorganic material on areas of the property other than approved garbage containers.
(2)Corrective Action:
Remove and lawfully dispose of all litter,garbage,junk,vegetative waste,organic or inorganic(OIL)material on
the property. Remove all oil soaked groung and replace with fresh dirt,discontinue all oil storage from this
property and remove all containers for such 5 ft from the property line and alley way.

(2)Corrective Action:
Apply for a City of Pasco business license. Discontinue ALL business activities until such time as a business

Lack of required garbage service through Basin Disposal Inc. (service is required for all occupied residences and
businesses within the City).
(2)Corrective Action:
Start or restart garbage service(please call Basin Disposal Inc. at(509)547-2476).

Description:DOGS BARKING AND ESCAPING FROM YARD PMC 8.02.340
(1)Violation:
Permitting any dog/cat/bird/etc.owned or controlled by a person to cause serious or habitual disturbance or
annoyance by frequent or habitual howling,yelping,barking or otherwise noisy conduct,which shall annoy,
injure or endanger safety,health,comfort or repose of others.An animal is harbored in violation of this section
if, without provocation,it makes noise which can be heard continuously within an enclosed structure off its
owner's property for more than five minutes.
(2)Corrective Action:
Prohibit dog/cat/bird/etc. from barking or making other habitual noises in excess of five(5)minutes(i.e.move
animal inside the house or other structure,muzzle animal to prevent barking,etc.). If noise cannot be contained,
the dog/cat/bird/etc.must be removed from the property.
Description:BARKING DOGS PMC 9.60.030 (1)
(1)Violation:
Keeping or harboring of any dog or cat which by frequent or habitual howling,yelping or barking annoys or
disturbs the comfort or repose of any person or persons in the vicinity.
(2)Corrective Action:
Any animal(s)in violation of the provisions of this ordinance must be housed on the property in an area where
howling,yelping and/or barking cannot by heard by others in the vicinity,the animal must be removed from the
property or the owner of the animal(s)must prevent yelping/barking/etc.by some other approved method(i.e.
bark collar,shock collar,muzzle,etc.).

(1)Violation:
Vehicles are being parked on an unapproved surface(such as dirt or grass)and/or more than four(4)vehicles at a
time are being parked in the front driveway.
(2)Corrective Action:
Park ALL vehicles on an approved surface such as asphalt,gravel or concrete and/or discontinue parking more
than 4 vehicles at a time in the front driveway.

(1)Violation:

(1)Violation:
Weeds,noxious weeds,grass,and other vegetation which constitutes a fire hazard,encroaches on sidewalks or
neighboring properties,is damaging public improvements, impairs the vision of traffic signs or signals,and/or
has reached a height of twelve inches(12").
(2)Corrective Action:
Eradicate weeds by chemicals,cutting or other acceptable means so that they do not exceed twelve inches(12
encroach on neighboring properties,constitute a fire hazard,etc. Weeds that are cut or removed by the root must
be removed from the property and lawfully disposed of

(1)Violation:
