CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - Secure a license for the business
advertised on the signs at this location (Daniels Screen Printing) . Remove
signs advertising an unlicensed business at this location. Remvoe all
trash, litter and miscellaneous debris located on this property to an
approved dumpsite . Remove all tires (auto parts) to an approved auto
disposal facility, obtain reciepts for dumping tires . Cut all weeds as low to
the ground as possible and discard all weed debris in an approved
dumpsite.

CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - Restore/replace any dying/dead
landscaping on property (i . e. trees, lawn, shrubs, etc .) to living condition.
All dead, dry and noxious weeds must be removed in their entirety and
the entire premises maintained free of weeds in excess of twelve inches
( 12 ") in height at all times .

i. MOTION : "I move that the Board approve Resolution No . 2009- 11 , as
amended, finding that code violations have been corrected and may be
dismissed, deferring action on certain cases until proper notification is
made, accepting voluntary correction agreements, and assessing penalties
and imposing time frames on certain cases ."
