CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - Vacate unlawful rental in basement of this
property and discontinue use as a separate dwelling. Remove all trash, litter, and
debris and lawfully discard in an approved container. Remove all inoperable
vehicles and place in an approved location. Secure property (missing window in
rear structure).

front of this property to an approved auto disposal facility or store inside a fully
enclosed shop/garage or in the rear yard with a 6 ft sight obscuring fence all the
way around. Cut all weeds as low to the ground as possible and discard all weed
debris in an approved dumpsite. Discontinue the storage of vehicle (boat) on an
unapproved surface in the front yard (grass); an approved surface is gravel,
asphalt or cement in the appropriate place next to the garage.

debris at all times. Remove all household furniture from public view on this
property. Repair, replace or restore all dilapidated fencing located on this
property. Remove all accumulations of auto tires located on this property.

enclosed shop/garage. Cut all weeds located on this property as low to the
ground as possible and maintain the property free of weeds at all times.

this property to an approved dumpsite. Clean up and dispose of all broken glass
on this property. Remove all unregistered junk vehicle parked/stored on this
property or store in a fully enclosed sight screened area. Remove all vehicle tires
and parts located in public view on this property to an approved auto disposal
facility. Cut all weeds on this property as low to the ground as possible and
discard all weed debris in an approved dumpsite. Discontinue parking vehicles

Remove all signage that is advertising a business that is no longer licensed in the
city of Pasco.

i. MOTION: "I move that the Board approve Resolution No. 2009-09, as
amended, finding that code violations have been corrected and may be
dismissed, deferring action on certain cases until proper notification is made,
accepting voluntary correction agreements, and assessing penalties and
imposing time frames on certain cases."
