ADOPTION OF MINUTES A. MOTION: "I move that the minutes of the Code Enforcement Board meeting of June 4, 2009 be approved." IV. DETERMINATION OF HEARINGS A. Administration of Oaths B. Hearings Scheduled �. CEB 2009-0246 AVALOS, DANIEL SANTOS (ETAL) 1920 W. Hopkins Street VIOLATION - Failure to obtain and maintain required garbage service through Basin Disposal. Large quantity of trash, litter and miscellaneous debris located on this property. Household furniture and appliances located in public view. Failure to maintain required front and rear landscaping. PMC 6.04.090, 9.60.030 (6), (9), 25.75.020 (BI), 25.78.030 (4) - CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - Obtain and maintain required garbage service through Basin Disposal 547-2476. Remove all trash, litter and miscellaneous debris located on this property to an approved dumpsite and maintain the property free of such at all times. Remove all household furniture and appliances out of public view or dispose of ASAP in an approved dumpsite. Maintain required front and rear landscaping. ��. CEB 2009-0369 DRAKE,WILLIAM & SALLY 4110 W MARIE ST VIOLATION - Trash and other waste materials (i.e. full bag of trash behind vehicle, old buckets, old tarp, etc.) in front yard. Vehicle parts being stored in front yard. Weeds in front/side yards. Multiple inoperable/unregistered vehicles stored in public view in front yard. Multiple vehicles parked on unapproved surfaces in front yard (i.e. dirt or front lawn). PMC - 9.60.030 (6), 9.60.030 (9), 9.60.030 (16), 25.70.150 (2), 25.78.030 (4) CORRECTIONS REQUIRED —Remove and lawfully dispose of all litter, trash and debris. Remove and lawfully dispose of all vehicle parts or store in a fully enclosed building. Remove and lawfully dispose of all weeds that are dry or in excess of 12 inches in height. Make all inoperable vehicles operable and registered, store vehicles in an enclosed building or remove vehicles from property. Park all vehicles on an approved surface such as gravel, asphalt or concrete. North east corner of front yard is not permitted for use as a parking area regardless of the type of surface the vehicles are parked on. Amendments to Agenda C. Dismissals i. MOTION: "I move that the Board approve Resolution No. 2009-07, as amended, finding that code violations have been corrected and may be dismissed, deferring action on certain cases until proper notification is made, accepting voluntary correction agreements, and assessing penalties and imposing time frames on certain cases."
