�. CEB 2009-0086 - 2025 ROAD 40 — VIOLATION - Miscellaneous
debris located on this property. Dilapidated buildings. Junk,unlicensed
vehicles located on this property. Weeds in excess of 12 inches in
height/noxious weeds/dried weeds/tumble weeds, tree debris and limbs
creating a fire hazard and an attractive nuisance for vermin. Weeds
obstructing the public right of ways on 40th and on Pearl St. Parking
on an unapproved surface. PMC - 9.60.030 (6), (9), (11), (12), (16),
12.12.080 (A), 9.62.050 (A), 25.70.150 (2a-d), 25.78.030 (4)
CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - Remove all miscellaneous debris
located on this property to an approved dumpsite. Restore or remove
the dilapidated buildings located on this property. Remove out of
public view or remove to an approved auto disposal facility all junk,
unlicensed vehicles located on this property. Cut and remove all weeds
noxious weeds/dried weeds/tumble weeds, tree debris and limbs to an
approved dumpsite. Remove all weeds obstructing the public right of
ways on 40th and on Pearl St. Discontinue parking on an unapproved
surface; an approved surface is gravel, asphalt or cement.
��. CEB 2009-0141- 1500 W COURT ST - VIOLATION - The owner
failed to submit documentation showing the backflow preventer(s)
meet minimum WA State Dept. of Health requirements. PMC
13.16.020 CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - The owner must submit
documentation showing the backflow preventer(s) meet minimum WA
State Dept. of Health requirements.
CEB 2009-0143 - 1611 N 13TH AVE — VIOLATION - The owner
failed to submit documentation showing the backflow preventer(s)
meet minimum WA State Dept. of Health requirements. PMC
13.16.020 CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - The owner must submit
documentation showing the backflow preventer(s) meet minimum WA
State Dept. of Health requirements.
CEB 2009-0146 — Vacant lot East of Broadmoor Outlet Mall —
VIOLATION-Tumbleweeds collecting on property (especially around
abutting fences) which constitute a fire hazard. PMC 9.60.030 (16)
CORRECTIONS REQUIRED-Remove all tumbleweeds and dead or
dried vegetation within a 50' wide buffer of the eastern property
boundary abutting the residential subdivisions, and patrol the entire
buffer at least once per week thereafter, removing any and all
tumbleweeds that may have collected.
V. CEB 2009-0156—Vacant lot N OF SR182 & N & W OF ARGENT
Road — VIOLATION - It is the responsibility of the person or
person(s) owning, controlling or working on a property to employ the
best available methods to prevent blowing (fugitive) dust from leaving
the site. PMC 9.56.040 CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - Treat all
exposed and/or disturbed soils with an approved dust control treatment
(i.e. hydro seed, mulch, landscaping, sprinkler, etc.) to prevent
blowing dust from leaving the property.
Vi. CEB 2009-0299 - 4803 CLEMENTE LN B — VIOLATION — The
property owner failed to submit documentation showing the backflow
preventer meets minimum WA State Dept. of Health requirements.
PMC 13.16.020 CORRECTIONS REQUIRED - The property
owner must submit documentation showing the backflow preventers
meet minimum WA State Dept. of Health requirements.

i. MOTION:. "I move that the Board approve Resolution No. 2009-05
& 2009-06, as amended, finding that code violations have been
corrected and may be dismissed, deferring action on certain cases until
proper notification is made, accepting voluntary correction
agreements, and assessing penalties and imposing time frames on
certain cases."
