a) New Time: 5:00 pm (rather than 7:00 pm)
b) New Day: Second Tuesday (rather than Second Wednesday)
c) Frequency: Quarterly (rather than monthly); or
d) Frequency: “as needed” in response to specific Tax Valuation applications
D. Forward looking projects
a) Survey (9-block focus area; downtown area; &c.)
b) Structure-specific research (Liberty Theater; Railroad Museum; &c.)
