3) Certification of Approval for Special Valuation of
CONTINUE PUBLIC HEARING
MOTION: I move the Historic Preservation Commission adopt the Findings of
Fact as written.
-AND-
MOTION: I move, based on the findings of fact, the Historic Preservation
Commission approve the HISTORIC PRESERVATION SPECIAL VALUATION
COVENANT as written, granting a Special Valuation for the amount of
$510,738.68 to Brad and Debra Peck for rehabilitation work done on the
Moore Mansion.
-AND-
MOTION: I move, based on the findings of fact, the Historic Preservation
Commission approve the CERTIFICATION OF APPROVAL FOR SPECIAL
VALUATION ON HISTORIC PROPERTY as written, certifying that the
Commission has approved a Special Valuation for the amount of $510738.68
to Brad and Debra Peck for rehabilitation work done on the Moore Mansion.
