RESOLUTION NO. 4793
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
DECLARING CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS, SETTING THE
MINIMUM PRICE AND THE METHOD OF SALE FOR PARCEL NO.
112027208.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Pasco Municipal Code (PMC) Chapter 2.120, prior to a
sale of real property the City Council shall declare the same to be surplus and the sale to be in the
best interest of the City, set the minimum price for the sale of the property, and determine the
method of sale; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to PMC Section 2.120.030 the City Council shall determine the
method of sale of surplus real property; and
WHEREAS, the City owns certain real property identified as Franklin County Parcel No.
112027208, located at 614 North 2nd Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Property is no longer needed for municipal
purposes and that declaring the Property surplus is in the best interest of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated the proposed sale of the Property, and the City
Council finds that negotiated sale is an appropriate method of sale for the Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PASCO, WASHINGTON:
That the City-owned real property identified as Parcel No. 112027208 is hereby declared
surplus to the needs of the City.
Be It Further Resolved, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
