Application for a Special Use Permit to operate a small used motor vehicle dealership
from Suite 104 of an existing commercial building within the C-1 (Retail
Commercial) zoning district.
• Z2026-004 Haven Capital
The request proposes rezoning Parcel No. 117250038, addressed as 5115 Chapel Hill
Blvd, totaling approximately 6.81 acres, from R-T Residential Transition to R-1 Low
Density Residential.
