This Agreement to the Operating Jurisdiction Agreement For the Animal Control Authority
dated January 1 , 2007, is entered into to he eF£ective the 1 st day o£ January, 2011 between the City o£
Ketmewicic, the City of Pasco and the City o£ Richland, all municipal corporations oFthe State o£
Washington and collectively ref ed to as the Animal Control Authority, hereafter "ACA" and the City
o£ Pasco, a municipal corporation o£ the State o£ Washington, ref ad to as "Pasco
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Operating Jurisdiction Agreement compensation For performmg
the services oFthe Operating Jurisdiction, excluding legal servac shall he paid to Pasco on as amtual
basis as outlined in Exhibit "A" oFthe Agreement and,
WHEREAS, c mpensation £or each year after the initial year shall be determined by the parties
Prior to Noverttber 1 at o£ each year,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration oFthe mutual covenants contained herein, the parties
ag-ee as follows=
1 .Comoensation. Compensation for performing the services o£ the Operating Jurisdictioq
excluding legal serv c _ , shall he paid to Pasco For the 2011 calendar year in the amount o17 $ 16,975.
2.All other provisions of said agreement shall remain as currently written.
