2. Minutes:
Approve Fireman Pension Board Meeting Minutes.
Motion: I move to approve the April 13, 2026, Fireman Pension Board Meeting
Minutes.
3. Bills:
Approve 2026 Second (2nd) Quarter Transaction Ledger.
Motion: I move to approve the 2026 Second (2nd) Quarter expenditure transactions
as presented for a total of $22,936.41.
4. Financial Statement:
Review the 2026 Second (2nd) Quarter Financial Statement
5. New Business:
Introduction of new City Clerk, Gabriela Sanchez
6. Old Business:
Continued discussion of vacant Alternate Fireman Board position.
7. Adjourn:
Next Regular Meeting: October 13, 2026 (Tuesday, due to Columbus Day Federal holiday)

APRIL 13, 2026
MINUTES
Call To Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m., by Mayor Grimm in the Pasco Conference Room
at City Hall.
Roll Call:
Present: Mayor Grimm, Alternate Chair; Scott Maloy, Board Member; Harvey Swoboda,
Board Member; Julie Thompson, Finance Manager; and Krystle Shanks, Deputy City Clerk
Approval of Minutes:
Mr. Swoboda moved to approve January 12, 2026, meeting minutes. Seconded by Mr. Maloy.
Motion carrier unanimously.
Transaction Ledger:
Mr. Swoboda moved to approve the 2026 First (1st) Quarter expenditure transactions as
presented for a total of $28,869.50. Seconded by Mr. Swoboda. Motion carried unanimously.
Financial Report:
The Board discussed the 2026 First (1st) Quarter 2026 financial statement presented by Ms.
Thompson.
New Business:
None.
Old Business:
Ms. Shanks provided a status update regarding the vacant alternate position. Staff will
continue researching options in filling the vacant position.
Adjournment:
There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
