Applicant has applied for a Special Use Permit and associated SEPA (SEPA 2026-
010) for the development of a contractor’s plant or storage yard within 300’ of a
residential district. The project area is approximately 1.00 acres. The site is zoned C-
3 (General Business). The project is located at on an unaddressed parcel east of 3713
E A St. and west of 3905 E A St., (Parcel #113730133) Pasco, WA 99301.
