City Council Special Meeting

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:30 AM by Krystle Shanks, Deputy City
Clerk.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Calixto Hernandez
Councilmembers attending remotely: Charles Grimm, David Milne, Abel Campos,
Mark Figueroa
Councilmembers absent: Leo Perales, Joe Cotta
Staff present: Harold Stewart, City Manager; Richa Sigdel, Deputy City Manager;
Daniel Kenny, City Attorney; Geoff Bridgman, City Attorney; and Krystle Shanks,
Deputy City Clerk
The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council adjourned into Executive Session at 10:44 AM returning at 11:00 AM to
discuss with legal counsel about current or potential litigation per RCW
42.30.110(1)(i), with the City Manager, Deputy City Manager, and the City
Attorney's.
Ms. Shanks called the meeting back to order at 11:01 AM. No final action was
taken.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business and no longer a quorum upon the end of the
executive session, the meeting was adjourned at 11:02 AM.
