TERMINATION OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
CITY OF PASCO
AND
WALLA WALLA COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 5
FOR ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT SERVICES
This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this _____ day of _________, 2026, by and
between the CITY OF PASCO, a Washington municipal corporation, hereinafter called “City”,
and WALLA WALLA COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 5, hereinafter called
“Fire District”. The parties are referenced herein as the “Agencies”.
WHEREAS, the City and the Fire District entered into an Interlocal Agreement dated
November 17, 2008 (the “Agreement”) wherein the City agreed to provide Advanced Life
Support (ALS) services to the Fire District; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by each of the parties hereto that it would be in the
best interest of the parties to terminate the Agreement as the Agencies have determined that the
Fire District now has the ability to provide ALS services within its boundaries.
NOW, THEREFRORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Interlocal Agreement dated
November 17, 2008, between the City of Pasco and Walla Walla County Fire Protection District
No. 5 is terminated effective July 1, 2025.
