CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm, by Ellie Neff, Chairperson.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners: Ellie Neff, Patrick Fleming (absent), Joyce McIntyre, Aislin
Maloney (absent), Marie Marchand, and Dana Dollarhyde.
City Staff: Angela Pashon; Richa Sigdel
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Dollarhyde moved to approve the minutes of the February 24,
2026 meeting. Commissioner Neff seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
STAFF REPORTS

NEW BUSINESS
Reviewed Art in City Hall Submissions and selected Cassandra Lozano,
Fernanda Arrahna Eckert; and Richard Sholtys.
