Approve Fireman Pension Board Meeting Minutes.
Motion: I move to approve the January 12, 2026, Fireman Pension Board Meeting
Minutes.
3. Bills:
Approve 2026 First (1st) Quarter Transaction Ledger.
Motion: I move to approve the 2026 First (1st) Quarter expenditure transactions as
presented for a total of $28,869.50.
4. Financial Statement:
Review the 2026 First (1st) Quarter Financial Statement

JANUARY 12, 2026
MINUTES
Call To Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m., by Mayor Grimm in the Pasco Conference Room
at City Hall.
Roll Call:
Present: Mayor Grimm, Mayor Pro Tem Milne, Alternate Chair; Scott Maloy, Board Member;
Harvey Swoboda, Board Member; Kevin Hebdon, Finance Director; Krystle Shanks, Deputy
City Clerk; and Debby Barham, City Clerk.
Welcome New and Re-Elected Board Members:
Mayor Grimm introduced the new and re-elected Fireman Pension Board members
Approval of Minutes:
Mr. Swoboda moved to approve October 14, 2025, meeting minutes. Seconded by Mr. Maloy.
Motion carrier unanimously.
Transaction Ledger:
Ms. Barham moved to approve the 2025 Fourth (4th) Quarter expenditure transactions as
presented for a total of $40,591.17. Seconded by Mr. Swoboda. Motion carried unanimously.
Financial Report:
The Board discussed the 2025 Fourth (4th) Quarter 2025 financial statement presented by Mr.
Hebdon.
New Business:
Ms. Barham introduced Krystle Shanks who will be the Interim Board Secretary on January
23rd, when Ms. Barham retires.
Discussion ensued regarding the vacant alternate position and board members directed staff
to researching options in filling the vacant position.
Old Business:
None.
