CALL TO ORDER
City of Pasco Historic Preservation Commission was called to order by Chair Stafford.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners Present: Marilynn Baker, Jay Hendler, Devi Tate and Chair Dan Stafford
Commissioners Excused:
Staff Present: C&EDDeputy Director Craig Raymond & Administrative Assistant II Carmen Patrick.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioners unanimously approve the meeting minutes from February 3, 2026.
UNFINSHIED BUSINESS
• Sylvester Donation Discussion
Discussion on the kind of plaque and the picture that would be used. Mr. Sylvester wrote down what he
would like it to say, which was shared with the group. Sandys was mentioned for the design. Marilynn
will draw a rough design, go by Sandys for more information and bring a draft to the next meeting. The
group is going to try and get a better picture for the plaque. Perhaps the Franklin County Historical
Society, possibly the museum.

MISCELLANEOUS DISCUSSION
Malin Bergstrom resigned, she will be missed.
Commissioner Baker discussion on grand opening and tour of MLK Jr. Community Center. Well planned
with presentations, tours, cookies and coffee outside after.
Craig will investigate where previous video recordings that were recorded have been saved. (they think John
Funfar may have done the videos) and find out if these could be uploaded to the website.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by Commissioners at 5:00 pm.
