CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm, by Angela Pashon, Staff Liaison.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners: Ellie Neff, Patrick Fleming, Joyce McIntyre, Aislin Maloney,
Marie Marchand, and Dana Dollarhyde.
City Staff: Angela Pashon.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
NEW BUSINESS
Art in City Hall Program
Commission agreed to complete Call for Artists for 2026 and 2027. Staff will work
to advertise in early March.
Utility Box Wrap Program
Page 1 of 2
Item will be brought back once sponsorship is confirmed.
Request for graffiti data in downtown since mural program has been
implemented.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:54 pm.
