Approve Fireman Pension Board Meeting Minutes.
Motion: I move to approve the October 12, 2025, Fireman Pension Board Meeting
Minutes.
4. Bills:
Approve 2025 Fourth (4th) Quarter Transaction Ledger.
Motion: I move to approve the 2025 Fourth (4th) Quarter expenditure transactions
as presented for a total of $40,591.17.
5. Financial Statement:
Review the 2025 Fourth (4th) Quarter Financial Statement
6. New Business:
Discussion of vacant Alternate Fireman Board position.
7. Old Business:

FIREMAN PENSION BOARD
OCTOBER 14, 2025
MINUTES
Call To Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m., by Mayor Milne in Pasco Conference Room at
City Hall.
Roll Call:
Present: Mayor David Milne, Mayor Pro Tem Charles Grimm, Alternate Chair; Scott Maloy,
Board Member; Harvey Swoboda, Board Member; Griselda Garcia, Interim Finance Director;
and Debby Barham, City Clerk.
Approval of Minutes:
Mr. Swoboda moved to approve July 14, 2025, meeting minutes. Seconded by Mr. Maloy.
Motion carrier unanimously.
Transaction Ledger:
Ms. Barham moved to approve the 2025 Third (3rd) Quarter expenditure transactions as
presented for a total of $40,591.17. Seconded by Mr. Swoboda. Motion carried unanimously.
Financial Report:
The Board discussed the 2025 Third (3rd) Quarter 2025 financial statement presented by Ms.
Garcia.
Mr. Swoboda asked if the Fire Pension’s Medical Fund is affected by City’s Healthcare Fund.
Ms. Garcia explained that the Fire Pension’s Medical Fund has the same provider at the City’s
Employees’ Healthcare provider and that the premiums will be increased in 2026.
New Business:
Ms. Barham presented the proposed 2026 Firemen Pension Board Meeting Schedule to the
Board and stated that it will be emailed to everyone for their reference.
Old Business:
None.
