ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Marilynn Baker, Malin Bergstrom, and Devi Tate Commissioners Excused: Jay Hendler and Chair Dan Stafford Staff Present: C&ED Deputy Director Craig Raymond APPROVAL OF MINUTES Commissioners unanimously approve the meeting minutes from November 4, 2025. UNFINSHIED BUSINESS • Sylvester Donation Discussion Craig provided the Commission clarification that Mr. Sylvester requested that the plaque be placed outside the Sylvester Room in City Hall. No plaque design exists yet. HPC or city can send a thank you letter to Mr. Sylvester, this item is pending, no letter has been sent. HPC feels it would be nice if we sent a copy of the photo that was taken when they were here to the family. Commissioners Questions: • Can the city add a social media presence for the story? • Can we have a Sylvester family tree produced? o Marilyn will check with Ray to see if they have a family tree already • Can we have one of the display cases for a period to display Sylvester stuff?
