• SP 2025-015 St. Thomas Mini Storage
Applicant proposes to add one (1) approximately 5,000 sq. ft. storage area to contain
up to 40 storage units. The site already contains a mini storage facility which was
permitted under special permit (SP24-013).
• Z 2025-010 Sosa Rezone C-1 to R-1
Applicant is requesting to rezone Parcel No. 1133910270 from C-1 to R-1. The
subject site comprises approximately .57 acres.
