OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF PASCO AND FRANKLIN COUNTY (HACPFC)
September 2, 2025 1:00 p.m.
The Commissioners of the Authority met in special session at the Housing Authority of the
City of Pasco and Franklin County's (HACFPC) administration office, 2505 W. Lewis Street,
Pasco, Washington on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, 1:00 p.m.
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 1:01 p.m.
2. COMMISSIONER ROLL CALL
Upon roll call, those present were as follows:
Present: Cook and Domingos (in person), Griffith and Bishop (via telephone)
Absent: Dukelow
STAFF AND EX OFFICIO MEMBERS
Present: Matt Truman, Executive Director
Michelle Calligan, Finance Director
VISITORS None
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Mr. Cook made a motion to amend the agenda by postponing consideration of items on the
consent agenda until the next regular meeting. Mr. Bishop seconded the motion to amend the
agenda as stated and the motion passed unanimously, 4 ayes, 0 nays.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
Please see Item 3.
5. NEW BUSINESS
(a) Resolution #25/26-1030 Authorizing the Purchase of Property Located at NKA
Heritage Boulevard (Parcel 113900092)
Mr. Griffith made a motion to adopt Resolution #25/26-1030, and Mr. Bishop
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously, 4 ayes, 0 nays.
