• LEOFF Board Rules & Procedures Work Group –
▪ Copies of changes and proposed rules have been mailed out to members.
• Member Reimbursement Clarification
o Reimbursement Clarification – Hearing Aid Glasses
▪ Documentation has been received and we will review it under applications for
reimbursement.

5. New Business:
• LEOFF Board Financials Presentation
o The intent of this presentation is to bring transparency and education to the board regarding the
finances for the LEOFF board. We are looking into this due to the increase in long-term care
requests.
▪ The goal of educating and understanding the LEOFF Disability Board financial health is
to be able to make informed decisions around future long-term care requests, beginning
with an updated procedure and intake process.
• Police Representative Election
o The City Clerks office brought to my attention that it is time to conduct a new recruitment for
Police Representative. I will be sending solicitations for nominations and allowing the 10
business days for their return.
