CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm, by Ellie Neff, Chairperson.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners: Ellie Neff, Joyce McIntyre, Patrick Fleming, and Aislin
Maloney.
City Staff: Angela Pashon.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Pat Fleming moved to approve the Minutes of the December 17, 2024 and
February 25, 2025 meetings. Seconded by Aislin Maloney. Motion passed
unanimously.
STAFF REPORTS
Call for Art - Utility Box Wraps
Call for Art was reviewed and will be published in April.
Downtown Mural Program 2nd Wave
Program will be relaunched with applications being accepted and all to be
reviewed at June commission meeting.
Art in City Hall
Next artists submissions reviewed and selected. Staff will coordinate with artist.

Farmers Market Sidewalk Chalk Competition
Commission would like to support Parks & Recreation's effort at an upcoming
Farmer's Market as judges.
