CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:33 pm, by Ellie Neff, Chairperson.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners Present: Ellie Neff, Patrick Fleming, Joyce McIntyre
Commissioners Absent: Aislin Maloney.
City Staff: Angela Pashon.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Joyce McIntyre moved to approve the Minutes of the March 25, 2025 meeting.
Ellie Neff seconded. Passed unanimously.
STAFF REPORTS
Project Updates
Staff provided status updates on Art in City Hall, Downtown Mural Project, and
Peanuts Park Statue.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
NEW BUSINESS
Utility Box Wrap Submissions Selection
Commissioners reviewed submissions and selected:
Andrea Moreno's Farmers Market, Coffee and Bread with one minor
modification.
