II. PUBLIC HEARINGS
• SP 2025-009 Soriano’s Daycare Center
Applicant has submitted a Special Permit application for a proposed
project involving the conversion of an existing single-family dwelling into
a day care center serving school-age children before and after school. The
residence will no longer be used for housing purposes and will function
solely as a day care facility.
• ZD 2025-001 Desert Bloom LLC
A public hearing will be held to consider the establishment of zoning for
unincorporated property located at Parcel No. 126160173 in Pasco, WA. In the event
said property is annexed to the City of Pasco; R-4 (High Density Residential District)
zoning is being considered.
• ZD 2025-002 SG Land Management
A public hearing will be held to consider the establishment of zoning for
unincorporated property located at Parcel No. 126160129 in Pasco, WA. In the event
said property is annexed to the City of Pasco; R-3 (Medium Density Residential
District) zoning is being considered.
• SP 2025-008 Goodwill Retail Service Building
Applicant has submitted a Special Permit Application (SP 2025-008) to operate
a thrift store and employment/support services center, along with offices. The
proposal is at 7511 Wrigley Dr. (Parcel # 116150071) in Pasco, WA 99301.
• Z 2025-005 Webster Court R-S-20 to R-1
Applicant has submitted a rezone application (Z 2025-005) from R-S-20
(Suburban) to R-1 (Low Density Residential) for one parcel with a size of
approximately 1 acre, located at 2817 Road 84 (Parcel #118402034) in Pasco,
WA 99301.
