Arts and Culture Commission

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm, by Eleanor Neff,
Chairperson.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners: Eleanor Neff, Joyce McIntyre, Patrick Fleming, Aislin
Maloney
City Staff: Angela Pashon.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION: Commissioner McIntyre moved to approve the minutes of the
October 22, 2024 meeting. Commissioner Fleming seconded.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
PROJECT UPDATES
Assistant City Manager Pashon informed the Commissioners the second mural
has been completed for the Downtown Mural Program. An update was also
provided that the City Councilmembers approved moving LTAC funds to 2025
for the Downtown Mural Program.
REVIEW OF CALL FOR ARTISTS SUBMISSIONS
The Commissioners reviewed and selected the following four artists:
• Shantel Ealy
• Liliana Rasmussen
• Alfred-John Paramo Contreras
• Marguerite Finch
The Commissioners also selected two alternative artists:
• Angelina Kidd
• Nathan Plung
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 pm.
